Water Damage Restoration Technician
Respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies. Operate extraction, drying, and monitoring equipment. Work on IICRC-certified teams under lead technician supervision.
Requirements
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Available for rotating on-call shifts including nights/weekends
- IICRC WRT certification a plus (training provided)

Mold Remediation Specialist
Conduct mold assessments, manage remediation projects, and ensure compliance with Texas TCEQ regulations and IICRC S520 standards. Lead containment setup and verify clearance testing results.
Requirements
- IICRC AMRT certification required
- Texas Mold Assessor or Remediator license preferred
- 2+ years of mold remediation field experience
- Proficiency with air sampling equipment and moisture meters

- 3+ years of restoration project management experience
- IICRC WRT certification (ASD preferred)
- Strong insurance claims knowledge — Xactimate proficiency a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Customer Service Representative
First point of contact for emergency calls and non-urgent inquiries. Coordinate dispatch, manage customer relationships during the restoration process, communicate with insurance companies, and schedule follow-up visits.
Requirements
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic in emergency situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
