• For out-of-pocket work, payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Unpaid balances are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% APR) after 30 days

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms will be stated in your Service Agreement. Generally:

• Workmanship is warranted for one (1) year from the date of project completion
• Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment pass through to you as the customer

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to that claim.
